We require a deposit of 50% of the rental price at the time of the booking. The remainder must be paid at the latest 8 weeks before the start of your holiday. If you book within a period of 8 weeks before the start of your holiday, the total price must be paid in one instalment. If you cancel less than 8 weeks before the start of your holiday, the deposit will not be refunded. If you cancel within a period of 8 weeks before the start of your holiday, the total rental price will not be refunded. We therefore recommend that you take out cancellation insurance.

DEPOSIT

The deposit is 500€. This amount must be paid together with the (outstanding) rent. If you leave the house in good condition and if no damage is noted, the deposit will be refunded within 7 days following your departure from the house.
