Welcome to our new pearl! Villa Zafarraya, a well-kept secret at the foot of the majestic Zafarraya gorge.
Based on our belief that wheelchair users and their holiday companions have just as much right to a wonderful holiday as all other people, we have transformed this wonderful villa, surrounded by a fantastic garden in a magical place, into a special paradise for all guests.
It is our wish that you spend a wonderful holiday in the most beautiful wheelchair friendly boutique villa in the world! In Villa Zafarraya, wheelchair users and people who have difficulty walking are central and you can look forward to a completely barrier-free stay.
We have had dozens of conversations with people who use a wheelchair to learn from them what possible bottlenecks could be on their holiday.
With their wishes and advice as a starting point, not only the villa but also the swimming pool and garden have undergone major renovations to fully tailor the villa to the requirements and demands of wheelchair users and other people for whom thresholds and height differences pose an obstacle. We have focused on inclusivity and translated that vision into practical solutions that maximize the opportunities for enjoyment in and around the villa for everyone.
The adjustments have been made in such a way that they are extremely functional whilst not detracting from the beauty and interior of the villa and the surrounding garden.This guarantees that all guests will have a wonderful and unforgettable time together in a very special place.
We realize that a great holiday depends on things like:

VILLA ZAFARRAYA AS A HOLIDAY HOME
You are very welcome in our new gem! Villa Zafarraya, a place that you only encounter a few times in your life and where you will feel privileged when you leave the villa in the morning and enter the large and beautifully landscaped garden that is surrounded by an impressive landscape.
The Zafarraya Gorge is the natural gateway to the province of Malaga. The area around the gorge is particularly beautiful and has its own character. Nature takes over and you imagine yourself in another world, a world where you are a guest for the duration of your holiday and where you will make fantastic memories.
As soon as you enter the majestic driveway of Villa Zafarraya, you come home to your own paradise. Enjoy the peace and the colors in the beautiful garden, between the olive trees that seem to have sneaked away from the adjacent olive grove. While you relax by your own spacious private swimming pool, you have a majestic view in all directions and you can see the rock formation of the Zafarraya gorge in all its glory.
The villa is made with the best Andalusian materials and is fully wheelchair accessible both inside and outside. The modern and bright interior is in balance with the authentic architecture of the villa and makes it a stylish and atmospheric whole. Indoors and outdoors merge seamlessly and without any barriers. The combination with the beautiful and inspiring surroundings gives everyone a wonderful holiday feeling from the first moment.
Villa Zafarraya is the ideal place for couples, families or groups of friends of which someone is a wheelchair user or has difficulty walking.Thanks to all the adjustments in and around the villa, everyone can easily reach all the beautiful places, which in turn provides an extra holiday for all the other members of the group.There is plenty of room for everyone to do what feels most like a holiday: quietly read a nice book, enjoy the pool, dine extensively together, play games or simply dream away in the sun. Outdoor fun is assured by the available Green Egg Style BBQ, table tennis table, dart board -at two heights- and pool games.

If desired, personal, tailor-made care during your stay is possible at an additional cost. We work together with The Care Company whose qualified employees speak fluent English.
